Emining Technical Training Institute is a modern built TVET accredited institution situated in Emining, Mogotio district in Baringo County. The college is situated 1 Kilometre off Nakuru – Marigat – Sigor highway and 60 kilometres to the North of Nakuru City.

Upon approval by the Ministry of Higher Education Science and Technology, the foundation stone at Emining Technical Training Institute was laid on 7th October 2011. Construction commenced immediately and a year later the first building was completed. It was officially opened on 13th December 2012 by the then Minister of Higher Education Science and Technology (MOHEST) as a constituent college of RVTTI– Eldoret.

The first students were enrolled in May 2013 to pursue Craft certificate in Mechanical engineering, and Motor vehicle mechanics (Automotive Engineering. In January 2014, the Board of Governors was constituted.

The institute is situated in a serene environment that is very conducive for learning. It is endowed with highly qualified and experienced staff. The future looks bright and those joining ETTI will find it rewarding academically and professionally. We intend to start more market driven courses in order to meet the ever-growing dynamic societal needs.
